Do you have hard water stains in the Phoenix area?
Hard Water discoloration and efflorescence is a common occurrence we see here in the Phoenix area. It’s especially common on pavers with nearby water such as a fountain, irrigation, or an AC condensation drain.
When pavers get wet from these sources the water eventually evaporates, but minerals in our water are left behind, namely calcium. Overtime the calcium creates a white cloudy looking haze over the pavers, which can get worse over time.

There used to be a fountain here, which is right at the entryway to the house. The homeowners were thinking the pavers would need to be replaced. Fortunately that wasn’t the case! They were very pleased when were we able to restore the pavers for a fraction of the price compared to replacing them.
